IAPD and APCGT Establish Hurricane Ian Relief Fund for Performance Plastics Community

Overland Park, Kans. — IAPD - The Performance Plastics Association, has partnered with the Atlanta Plastics Charity Golf Tournament (APCGT) to raise funds for members of our performance plastics community affected by Hurricane Ian.

APCGT and IAPD established the Hurricane Ian Relief Fund to assist those in the performance plastics community who are recovering from the natural disaster and need financial assistance. “Knowing that we have colleagues who have been severely impacted by the catastrophic storm that has impacted the southwest region of Florida, it is vital to IAPD to help aid in their recovery from this disaster,” said IAPD CEO Susan Avery, CAE.

APCGT and IAPD made initial contributions and are seeking donations from IAPD members. “We are grateful to partner quickly with the Atlanta Plastics Charity Golf Tournament to provide aid to this urgent cause and appreciate the generous donors for their contributions,” said Avery. Donations will be collected until November 1, 2022 and can be made by visiting atlantaplasticscharity.org. If check preferred, please contact Alicia Spence via email at [email protected]

APCGT and IAPD have begun accepting applications for those who are most impacted by the devastation caused by the storms in the southwest region of Florida, USA and the surrounding areas. IAPD member company employees are encouraged to complete the Hurricane Ian Relief Fund Application for themselves or anyone they may know who would benefit from the funds. The Hurricane Ian Relief Fund Application deadline is November 1, 2022
